The new luxury complex „Anna-Maria“ is situated in the „Yovche Dere“, which is close to Kosharitza, only 1,5 km away from Sunny Beach. The complex is solitary and isolated from the noise and the crowd of the growing Sunny Beach. It has a panoramic view to the bay and to Old Nessebar.
