Antik 4
“Antik 4” complex is comprised of 7 three storey individual luxury houses, which will be constructed near the already completed Apartment Complex “Antik” 1, and the Village Building Complex “Antik” 2. The houses will be constructed in modern style, with functional and comfortable design. They are located in the “Budzhaka” area, 2 km from the town of Sozopol, and in close proximity to the holiday village “Kavatzi” /500m/. The houses will be located on the southern slope, only 150m away from the main road from Sozopol to Dyuni, with an excellent view of the sea.

Each house has a three floor design:
First floor – lobby with a compact kitchen, toilet, dining room, living room and a staircase.
Second floor – two bedrooms with bathrooms, positioned around the stairs, and a terrace for each of the bedrooms.
Third floor – a room with a bathroom, usable terraces and large plant pots.
Block A is designed to be built on different elevations, according to the terrain, with each house on a separate level, with a 50 cm difference between each level.

The roof design of the buildings is sloped.

Each house will have an open yard, right in front on the living room, which will be well laid out and planted with decorative grass and shrubbery. A pool, alleys and two parking areas, for a total of 8 parking lots, for the two blocks, are also part of the project.
