The construction of APOLON 7 is starting in October 2009. It is the last project of APOLON residential complexes. Situated between the village of Ravda and the town of Nessebar, just 200 metres away from the sea it comprieses A, b, C and D sections, each one with a lift.

This access is ensured by a shortcut from the highway to the place of the site. 300 m away from the residential complex is the biggest aqua park with a lot of facilities for the leisure time of the tourists.
