The "Atlantis" complex is situated in Sarafovo disctrict in an area sloping down to the sea. It's facing the Black Sea to the South, the cosmopolitan Bourgas city to the West and Sunny Beacg resort and the town of Pomorie to the East.
The building site spreads on 9000 sq.m. and has 16500 sq.m. total build area. The complex consist of 108 luxury studios, 102 one, two and three bedroom apartments and 22 one, two and three masionettes with Jacuzzi. All apartments have sea-view.
The floors of the corridors and the terraces are covered with granite tiles and those of the kitchens, bedrooms and dining rooms - with laminate.
Kitchens are equipped with cupboards, no elevtrical appliances.
Bathrooms are tiled with faience and terra-cotta.
The doors are made of HDF. The windows are PVC double glazed. Walls are latex covered with chrome - effect swithces and wall plugs. Apart from the sunny apartments, the complex contains restaurant, bars, 2 swimming pools, fitness centre, sauna; SPA centre, billiards hall; children's play ground; mini-market and a beauty parlor.
The sea food restaurant has two terraces and place for 400 people. There is also an an outdoor bar with 80 places capacity, tables with about 100 seats surrounding one of the two pools.
For the sport active holiday-makers are available surf school with kite surf certificate franted classes and bike rentals. There is wireless internet and cash machine available ensuring the comfort of the business guests.
The whole complex is fully safeguarded, with restrcted access for outsiders. There considerable underground parking places provided.
