The newly opened three star complex is located on the royal beach between Sozopol and Chernomorets and it is situated immediately on the beach line of camping Gradina. The building is spread on four floors and it has lobby bar, restaurant with terrace having 140 seats, children’s room for entertainment, outdoor swimming pool with a separate children’s recess therein.

Completed in 2008 and functioned as a hotel by now, it will be changed to apartment units as of September 2010. Clients who have booked early their apartments and concluded a preliminary contract with 30% payment from the price, are allowed to rest in their apartments in summer, at the end of the season, kitchen units will be installed, all the furniture will be changed into a superiour quality design furniture style.
