The bedrooms are furnished with bedroom suites, wardrobes and the perfect atmosphere of comfort and peace is accomplished by stylish curtains and blinds.

The living rooms have all necessary home furniture – upholstered furniture, bookcases, cabinets, tables, TV sets.

The kitchenettes are equipped with all convenient electrical appliances, easy to use.

The bathrooms are also fitted with high quality terracotta tiles and faience and all necessary bath furniture and accessories.

Cable TV and Internet connections are provided for each apartment, as well as telephone sets with “Room Service” option.

For the convenience of the owners Paradise Garden  has a centralized management which is obligatory and includes the common parts of the building where the apartment is situated, as well as, the open space (the yard) of the complex.Property Management can be offered as an extra service for your undisturbed and comfortable stay in the Complex and includes:

Letting out for rent and keeping close contact with tour agencies and tenants;

Maintenance and cleaning of the apartment

For a studio – 400 euro per year*

For one-bedroom apartment - 500 euro per year*

For two-bedroom apartment - 600 euro per year*
