TOWN OF PRIMORSKO
LOCATION
The town of Primorsko is situated in the south-eastern part of the country on the Black sea coast.
It is a resort and  youth tourism center. It is 55 km south off Bourgas and about 450 km south-east from Sofia.

TRANSPORT
The transport to Primorsko  is fast and comfortable. Traveling by car along the Black sea coast from Bourgas one can have a look at many architectural and natural sights of the country. There is an airport near Promorsko, which is under reconstruction and in the future it will be able to accept charter planes directly from abroad.

SIGHTSEEING
What is typical of Primorsko is the unique combination of hilly and low-mountain lay, cut by picturesque river valleys and varied coastal shapes.
The combination of sea and oak and beech forest in unique.
The total area of the beaches is about 1 sq. km, half of which are natural sights - sand dunes. The sanctuary “Ropotamo” , the protected areas “Arkutino”, “Vodni lilii (water- lilies ), “Morsky pelin”(sea mugwort), the “Stamopulo” marsh are in close proximity. In the vicinity of the town flow the Ropotamo and Dyavolska rivers. In its lower course the Ropotamo river spreads its waters up to 30-50 m wide. The region around the river mouth is the “Ropotamo” park with the rock phenomena “Lion’s head” and “Dragon’s house”. The river is navigable in the course of 6 km from its mouth.

CLIMATE
Transitory micro-climate from temperate to subtropical – mild, dry, with minimum rainfall during the summer. The average temperature in July is 27˚C, but often reaches 30 - 33˚C. Optimum combination of high atmospheric pressure, humidity and air temperature. The prevailing sunny weather is from April through October. The day continues 13 – 15 hours. The sun is active 8 – 11 hours per day.

LOCATION OF THE BUILDING
The building is located in the new residential quarter of Primorsko, which envelops the northern parts of the town and the beach. It faces “Perla” residence and Strandzha Mountain. The building is 5-storeyed and has 15 studios and 3 one-bedroom apartments.  It is about 30 m from the beach.

ARCHITECTURE
The design of the building has been developed by a team with eng. Nikolay Nyagolov at the head. The modern view for the today’s marine architecture creates an exceptionally attractive appearance of the building.
