“King's Beauty” is a luxurious аpart-hotel complex which is located in comfortable and easy for access to the beach place in TSAREVO. It was designed and built with the aim for maximum comfort of the owners and it has all prerequisites for a fulfilling vacation at the sea.
The complex includes 1 ground floor and 5 residential floors. The building offers a choice of 1 or 2-rooms apartments and studios which vary in size from 40 to 120sq.m. They are separated into three sections and each section has a separate elevator and luxuriously finished common spaces.

The complex is luxuriously finished out with:
• Outer silicate plaster;
• PVC profile system, joinery of multi-pane windows, air-conditioned common areas, covered with Spanish granitogress and Italian technical marble, luxurious elevators with automatic sliding doors;

Rental agreement is available for property management and rental returns.

PAYMENT TERMS

The apartments’ prices in “REGINA MARE” vary depending on size, floor and view. Especially for our buyers, we have prepared the following flexible and at the same time working scheme of payment:

2000 EUR reservation fee, payable in cash or by bank transfer, by 1 week after the reservation date.

VARIANT A

а/ 1st installment – 60% of the amount with deduction of the reservation fee – within 20 /twenty/ calendar days from the date of payment of the reservation fee upon signing of preliminary agreement for sale-trade of  real estate.
b/ 2nd installment – 40% of the amount upon signing of the Title Deed at the Notary’s office / 08.2007/.

VARIANT B
а/ 1st installment – 70% of the amount with deduction of the reservation fee – within 20 /twenty/ calendar days from the date of payment of the reservation fee upon signing of preliminary agreement for sale-trade of  real estate.
b/ 2nd installment – 30% of the amount upon signing of the Title Deed at the Notary’s office / 08.2007/.

In case that the property is given to be managed for all tourist season, a reward is to be paid as follow:
For tourist season 2008 – rental guaranteed of 5% of the purchase property value.
The reward for the current year is to be paid latest by December 25th of the year it refers to.
