Second floor apartment in the prime Chateau Nessebar Residence complex just metres from the Marina and only 50 metres from the beach. Fully furnished apartment for sale in Bulgaria.

Apartment is 100 sq.m. in size, has wonderful sea views from the balcony and is situated just beside the main promenade and the yacht port in the seaside resort of Saint Vlas.

The apartment is on the second floor and has stair and lift access to all floors. It occupies an area of 100 square metres and consists of an inner hallway and bathroom a large lounge and includes the kitchen and dining area which has a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is completely fitted out with sink, 2-ring electric hob, full oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, etc. and everything else you'd need.

There are 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower, toilet and wash-basin. The second bedroom is the same size, has twin beds and is next door to the main bathroom which also has shower, toilet and wash-basin. Both bedrooms have plenty of clothes storage.

The sofa in the lounge can be opened up to provide extra sleeping place for 2. Bedding for the sofa is in the storage space underneath the sofa.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with air-con units in the lounge and both bedrooms. They are "reverse" units which means they provide air cooling in the summer and warm air heating on colder days.

The balcony opens up from the lounge and the master bedroom and provides views to the south and west over the pool below and the nearby marina.

The apartment is one of 64 apartments in the small complex that is called the Residence Chateau Nessebar. RCN is situated on a gentle slope on the outskirts of the village of Sveti (Saint) Vlas on the Black Sea coast, about a ten minute walk from the centre of the village. The name of the village is often shortened when written to St Vlas and when spoken mostly just to Vlas.

St Vlas is a small coastal village of approximately 3000 inhabitants and is situated just 5 kilometres north of Sunny Beach, 9 kilometres from Nessebar and about 35 kilometres from Bourgas airport which is about a 30 minute journey by car.

The apartment is second line from the sea and about 100 metres from the beach and yachting Marina. The Marina has a hotel, a couple of restaurants, a cafe/bar and a number of shops. Many of the other complexes nearby have good value restaurants and there is a small 24-hour supermarket in the Riviera complex just in front of RCN. All of the facilities you'll need close by if you just wanted to remain local during your holiday.

The architectural design of Residence Chateau Nessebar incorporates and reflects building concepts from the Bulgarian Revival, this effect is both pleasing to the eye and sympathetic to the traditional styled buildings on the Island of Nessebar. The location of this complex, is situated in a quiet and tranquil area of Sveti Vlas and facilities include:

Residence Chateau Nessebar is constructed in 3 building modules A, B, C. with each comprising 5 levels. There is an annex building in module C which has link terraces and each block of apartments has a separate entrance to provide maximum privacy for each apartment owner and there are lifts to all floors.

Most apartments offer stunning views across the bay to the Island of Nessebar, Sunny Beach, the Balkan Mountains and other sea views. They have fitted bathrooms, terracotta and laminate flooring throughout, walls and ceilings plastered with Latex paint finish and they are wired for cable TV and internet access. The buildings are accessed by an intercom system and the complex features traditional Bulgarian revival styled double glazed PVC windows.
